Bladder Tank

Description

Foam generation package need to have a storage tank for foam concentrate and proportioning device to mix the foam with water.

Bladder tank is most common foam generation package. It consists of a pressure vessel which is containing a rubber bladder made of Neoprene or hypalon rubber. Foam charged inside the bladder and forcefully exits by water pressure around the bladder when needed. Then concentrated foam pass through a calibrated orifice and inject into the water by foam proportioner preinstalled on bladder vessel.

Pressure vessel may be design in vertical or horizontal orientation and capacity can be varying from 200 Liters Up to 20,000 Liters.
