Rate Compensate Heat Detector
DETECT-A-FIRE detectors are rate-compensated for a quicker response. This provides a unique advantage over both fixed temperature and rate-of-rise types of detectors because only the DETECT-A-FIRE detector accurately senses the surrounding air temperature regardless of the fire growth rate. At precisely the pre-determined danger point, the system is activated. The DETECT-A-FIRE is designed with a rugged outer shell and easy to install coupling and wire leads. It is self-resetting and intrinsically safe with listed barriers.
